What is the 3% fee on Free?
On Free, Resova charges 3% per booking instead of a monthly price. You choose whether guests pay it at checkout or you cover it. Standard and above have no booking fee.
What is considered a booking?
A booking is not per person. A booking is when one person books and all in that group are assigned to that booking. The same applies for waivers.
Why does every plan include SpeedPay?
SpeedPay is Resova’s built-in payment processing, so bookings, payments, payouts and reporting all live in one place with nothing extra to set up. It’s what powers Apple Pay, split payments and the free card terminal. Already happy with your processor? On Plus you can bring your own for $369/month, and Enterprise is by agreement.
How do I get the free card terminal?
New SpeedPay customers on paid plans get a terminal at signup. On Free, it ships after your first $500 in online payments. Process the 90-day usage threshold and it’s yours, with a 12-month commitment to SpeedPay.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade any time and new features switch on straight away.

What happens if I cancel?
Your data is securely stored for 30 days in case you reconsider. Please note that we do not provide refunds for partial months.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Subscriptions are available in USD, CAD, EUR, GBP and AUD.
